The role focuses on ensuring a seamless transition of product design details through the development lifecycle for mobile apps, collaborating closely with product and development teams to uphold high design standards.

Responsibilities
Provide detailed and well-documented design specifications for product features and serve as the primary contact for design-related questions during development
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to define design details that deliver a consistent user experience
Critically review design concepts for component usage, translating finalized designs into production-ready documentation with visual and UX pattern consistency
Evolve and refine the Client Design System, UX guidelines, and related processes; facilitate documentation, collaboration, and training to increase utilization
Create, revise, and maintain design files, component libraries, and developer handoff files; ensure efficient, accurate updates in Figma
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in design, human factors, or related field
Strong foundation in design principles and technical implementation
Extensive experience with Figma
Experience in design system maintenance and evolution
Strong communication skills across teams
Preferred
Proactive in process improvement and practical solutions
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality user experiences
Experience in building, not just using, design systems
