Manage and perform data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports

Support the invoicing process for government contracts

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts as directed

Assist in the preparation of financial documents for audits and compliance reporting

Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation

Support the Controller in preparing budgets and forecasts

Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting
