Prepare and research check payments for processing
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
Maintain organized and accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
Support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Provide support during month-end and year-end close processes
Generate reporting for daily cash reconciliation
Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, operations) to streamline accounting processes
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Data entry accuracy

Highest level of integrity
High school diploma is required
Preferred
2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
