Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications

Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence across the team

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the program

Design and develop backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.0

Implement RESTful and SOAP APIs for integration with enterprise systems

Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular 20

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

Implement event-driven architecture with Apache Kafka

Manage source code repositories with Git/GitHub

Configure and maintain ELK Stack and Splunk for logging and monitoring

Optimize application performance using Redis 7.2 and database tuning on Oracle Exadata

Schedule and manage batch jobs using Control-M

Work closely with architects, product owners, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery

Participate in design reviews and provide input on architecture decisions
