Qualification
Required
10+ years in CRM, Product, or Business Analysis (pharma/biotech/healthcare)
Strong understanding of patient access & reimbursement workflows
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
Preferred
Experience with Patient Support or Patient Engagement platforms strongly preferred
