They are seeking a Recruiting and Operations Intern to support their teams in a fast-paced environment, contributing to various administrative and marketing tasks.

Responsibilities
High-volume data entry into Excel spreadsheets, HubSpot, and ATS systems
Creation of PowerPoint presentations
Marketing tasks such as email campaign creation and execution
Research vendors, suppliers, and companies
Transcription of meetings as needed
Document new business processes
Assist and support recruiters working on multiple clients:
Sourcing candidates for open positions
Call passive candidates to approach them with a new position. Persuade candidates to consider our open positions and compare them to their current positions
Schedule and conduct time-sensitive phone interviews and document conversations
Post jobs in the ATS and on job boards
Maintain Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social media accounts
Develop and launch email campaigns
Produce new marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Available to work a minimum of 2 hours each weekday BETWEEN 8AM TO 5PM
Attention to detail and accuracy
Must have accurate and fast typing skills to do high-volume data entry and transcription
Comfortable on the phone interacting with candidates and recruiting teams
Proficient in MS Teams, Outlook e-mail, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Driven with a sense of urgency to meet our clients' and team members' needs
Strong business etiquette and professional demeanor. Able to carry yourself in a mature and positive manner
Able to hold information confidential
Able to multitask with a smile and work well under pressure
Must be a Wisconsin resident
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
