Responsibilities

Draft estate planning documents using drafting software, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, deeds, and related documents

Prepare probate pleadings and support estate administration matters

Assist with Medicaid applications for nursing home clients, including organizing financial documentation and responding to agency requests

Coordinate document execution, notarization, and post signing follow up

Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients regarding timelines, required information, and next steps

Maintain organized case files and track deadlines to ensure matters stay on course
