ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Coordinator to oversee coordination and administrative activities related to high-touch scheduling for executive-level roles. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and logistical support to the executive-level recruiting team, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of key activities and interviews

Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership throughout the interview process

Coordinate and schedule interviews, including multi-stage, panel, or technical interviews, ensuring alignment with the availability of candidates, hiring managers, and interview panelists

Manage adjustments and accommodate shifting priorities while maintaining a seamless process

Provide exceptional service to all candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the interview process. This includes assisting with both in-person and virtual interviews, providing clear instructions, answering any questions, and offering personalized support to ensure their comfort

Required

Ability to provide a white-glove candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail throughout all stages of the interview process

High level of proficiency with scheduling tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite
