Responsibilities
Manage projects for multiple types of right of way projects with an emphasis on 345kV or greater transmission lines
Business development with existing and potentially new clients
Services provided on our right-of-way projects would include:
Project management
Working directly with clients and design teams
Coordination for title research, survey, legal and appraisal consultants
Managing and working with agents on administrative issues and negotiation services
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years of experience in right-of-way project management, with a focus on 345kV plus transmission line projects
Knowledge, experience and contacts in right of way work related to high voltage transmission lines
IRWA Member
IRWA SR/WA designation
Skill in conflict resolution includes the ability to address differences of opinions or facts and use the most appropriate method to reach an effective solution
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate and document effectively, handle large volumes of work
Extensive experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles in project execution
High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-paced and evolving work environments
Commitment to fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and contributing to long-term organizational success
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Knowledge of acquisition and relocation procedures under the Uniform Relocation Act
Experience with GIS, Microsoft Office Products and various databases
Ability to travel 10%
