Customer Care Representative

Gemini Industries is seeking a Customer Care Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers with questions or issues regarding products or services. The role involves handling customer communications, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

Quality, Accuracy, Professionalism and Good Attendance is always expected
Proficient in the English language
Must be Organized, a self-starter and able to work unsupervised
Must be able to multi-task
Responsible for communicating via phone and email directly with the customer
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Make outbound calls and emails for marketing/sales efforts and following up on orders
Must possess excellent phone skills
Must be professional when talking with a customer at all times
Must have good computer skills – proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to document conversations and make notes in orders
Process Orders, Quotes, Payments, Samples and other requests
Trouble shoot customer complaints
Check order status and make sure orders are progressing timely
Follow up on Orders, Proofs, Artwork and Credit Hold
Follow up with customers after tradeshows
Cross train with the other CSRs and the Receptionist
Help train new employees
Backup for Proof processing, when needed
Cover Receptionist desk for breaks, vacations, any time it is needed
Update pricing in Lakeshore, when needed
Handle special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned, but not limited to the above

Preferred

Previous CSR or Call Center experience is a bonus
