Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair: you will be responsible for repairing garage doors, door operators, replacing worn or broken door parts, installing new equipment, including doors, and replacing springs
Educate the customer: you will explain in detail and assist the customer in understanding their options to repair the problem and prevent future issues. Once the work is done, you will review and explain to customers so they fully understand the work done
Sell services, repairs, and new equipment: using our proven model, in which we train you, you will sell services to the customer using a good/better/best model. You will also collect payment from the customer
Manage inventory in your vehicle: you will need the right equipment, tools, and products to sell the job and repair the equipment correctly
Maximize your time: you will stay busy fully attending to customer needs and offering them the best solutions, and managing your time throughout the day to help as many customers as you can. This allows you to control your own income
Quality work: you will ensure that the job is done right the first time
Impress the customer: customers will be happy and leave enthusiastic feedback
Commitment to safety: drive and work safely
Qualification
Required
Debe tener aptitudes mecánicas y habilidades técnicas
Debe poder levantar 50 libras de forma independiente
Debe poder agacharse, trepar, arrodillarse y permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo
