Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and impact
Act as a creative consultant to translate technical concepts into compelling visual narratives and high-impact campaigns from concept to final export
Design and produce marketing communications, advertisements, brochures, signage, and literature for LECO and affiliates
Drive a 'photography and video-first' strategy by leading the end-to-end production of short and long-form content, including professional filming, product photography, event photography, and advanced motion graphics
Utilize advanced tools for graphic and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and support web design initiatives
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to continuously refine visual strategies
Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to integrate multimedia solutions into broader initiatives
Provide silkscreen artwork for R&D and production, maintain department equipment, and manage technical publications and manuals networks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in visual branding, multimedia content creation, and campaign management
Demonstrated professional photography skills (studio, product, event, and people)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, and video editing platforms
Strong creative and design skills with a portfolio showcasing graphic design, video, and photography work
Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion
Effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Passion for learning and adapting to evolving trends and technologies
Preferred
Prior experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or highly technical markets
