Sales & Marketing Analyst Assistant
Kendal at Oberlin is a full-service life plan community serving older adults. They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst Assistant to support occupancy efforts by processing sales data, generating reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Assisting the Associate Director of Sales and Associate Director of Marketing with other clerical and administrative support
Assisting the Sales Counselor with Tri-it visits
Preparing and distributing paperwork for Admissions Committee meeting
Assisting with preparation for special events including Open Houses, Oberlin College Commencement/Reunion weekends, Priority Member gatherings and Stephens Care Center events
Preparing and distributing monthly automated reports including Upcoming Moves, Suites for IL/AL (occupancy), Priority Membership, Contract Types and maintaining Ready List
Processing paperwork and acknowledgement letters for prospects becoming Priority Members and joining the Ready List, acknowledgement letters for receipt of deposits and requests for refund
Helping with the coordination of new move-ins by preparing move-in collateral materials, obtaining keys from Facility Services, preparing name tags and door tags, notifying staff and residents of new residents for independent and assisted living
Maintaining sales and marketing files and office records
Answers phones, conveys messages, and performs miscellaneous duties
Qualification
Required
Two to five (2-5) years' business experience or comparable education
Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM Software
Self-starter enjoys working with older people, excellent listener, able to maintain confidentiality
Professional appearance and demeanor required
Good speaking and writing skills
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in a sales support role highly preferred
