Responsibilities

Assemble track equipment components according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications

Perform quality checks and functional tests on assembled equipment to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing environment

Document assembly processes and report any deviations or defects to supervisors promptly

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing, preferably in durable goods or heavy equipment

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in assembly processes

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Preferred

Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly or related fields

Experience working with track equipment or heavy machinery assembly

Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations in manufacturing

Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes
