Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module
Build out FSM functionalities including Preventative Maintenance and Calibration automated tasks
Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable FSM solution and provide training and documentation

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for us on W2
Experience migrating legacy systems to ServiceNow
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks
7 years of Experience in ServiceNow
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies

Preferred

Experience with mobile workflows and field service operations
Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with project team members
