Financial Crimes Strategy Consultant
Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Crimes Strategy Consultant to support complex Financial Crimes initiatives with enterprise-wide impact. This role will focus on strategic analysis, reporting, and program execution support across Financial Crimes domains including AML, fraud, sanctions, anti-bribery, corruption, and operational risk.

Responsibilities
Consult on moderately to highly complex Financial Crimes initiatives with broad business impact
Review and analyze multi-faceted Financial Crimes challenges requiring advanced evaluation
Support the resolution of complex issues in alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements
Compile, analyze, and present Financial Crimes reporting and metrics for leadership reviews
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of data and deliverables
Support project management activities, including:
Tracking milestones
Coordinating cross-functional updates
Maintaining documentation and status reporting
Collaborate strategically with Wells Fargo personnel across Financial Crimes, Risk, and Compliance teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Financial Crimes, including one or more of the following: AML, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Operational Risk
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with complex data, reporting, and executive-level deliverables
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Preferred
Experience supporting program governance, reporting, or initiative tracking
Background in financial services or regulated environments
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills
Exposure to project management or initiative coordination
