Responsibilities

Lead process innovation and optimization for the HRIS platforms to support core HR functions that can scale to meet business growth strategy

Build and manage rules engines to automate workflows and enforce compliance

Create audit reports and dashboards to ensure that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization policies and applicable regulations

Develop and enhance direct access tools and portals

Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support HR metrics and decision-making that support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics

Partner with enterprise stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that reduce manual tasks

Serve as a subject matter expert for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and usability

Stay informed on HR technology trends and best practices in the manufacturing sector

Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
