Account Executive - Veterinary Enterprise
VetRec is leading the space when it comes to Enterprise. We are looking for an Account Executive – Veterinary Enterprise to help advance the fast growth of our company by closing high-value opportunities with veterinary enterprise partners.

Responsibilities
Owning enterprise sales cycles end-to-end. Running high-quality discovery calls, demos, and executive-level conversations with veterinary corporate groups, and mid-market partners. Your primary focus is closing enterprise deals — period
Driving proactive outbound and strategic prospecting. Identifying new enterprise opportunities, sourcing potential corporate groups, building pipeline, and staying relentlessly focused on adding high-value deals across the veterinary industry
Managing long and complex sales cycles. Enterprise deals can often take months. You will be the person who keeps momentum moving daily — following up, aligning stakeholders, looping in internal teams, and driving each step forward until the contract is signed. Cannot stress how important following up is
Understanding the veterinary industry from both top-down and bottom-up. You can sell to an individual veterinarian, but you also know how to speak the language of corporate executives, COOs, CEOs, and Chief Veterinary Officers. You understand their incentives, their priorities, their operational workflow, and how VetRec transforms their business at scale
Working cross-functionally with sales, implementation, and leadership. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to align enterprise priorities, run high-stakes conversations, ensure operational readiness for large rollouts, and maximize revenue from every account
Becoming a VetRec product expert. You must be able to clearly explain our enterprise value proposition, workflows, integrations, and ROI — and help corporate partners adopt VetRec quickly and confidently
Maintaining impeccable CRM discipline. No detail is too small. You will keep every interaction, follow-up, executive contact, health metric, and next step organized and up to date
Qualification
Required
Veterinary industry experience is a must, only candidates with Veterinary experience will be considered!
3+ years experience in mid-market or enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology
Experience closing large, multi-stakeholder, complex deals with long sales cycles
A track record of consistent quota-crushing performance
Competitive, hungry, and execution-focused, with an innate desire to dominate the leaderboard
Deep understanding of the veterinary industry is a MUST HAVE!
Is an excellent communicator and relationship-builder — confident in speaking with high-level executives as well as medical staff
Preferred
Experience in a startup or small high-growth company is a plus
Experience selling to veterinary enterprise groups is a major plus!!
