Responsibilities

Preform quality control tests as required

Execute and maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation

Train all employees, including new hires in the area of quality

Ensure that all shifts perform quality test and procedures

Review shift quality control inspection sheets for accuracy

Ensure all weights for production are recorded accurately

Qualification

Quality control testingPlastic extrusion experienceLean Daily ManagementTraining employeesDocumentation skills

Required

Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent

5 years of experience in a plastic extrusion operation as a supervisor, lead man, or highly skilled operator

Preferred

Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred
