Responsibilities

Conducts training classes and leads structured facilitated programs
Uses instructional design methodology to develop training, job aids, and other learning materials
Collaborates with members of Learning Services and divisional HR managers to develop, implement, and monitor learning solutions
Serves as trainer and program coach for mentor program
Solicits feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and implements appropriate changes
May help coordinate scheduling of training classes and instructors
Performs related responsibilities as required

Qualification

Instructional designTraining experienceDDI certificationCPLP certificationTime management

Required

A bachelor's degree in education, human resource development, communications or a related field
Three years of professional training or teaching experience
Strong time management skills

Preferred

DDI, Crucial Conversations and/or CPLP certifications preferred
Experience in higher educational setting preferred
