The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for delivering technical training courses to a worldwide audience, ensuring participants are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills for their roles.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Delivering training courses for a worldwide employee and customer audience in our campus, at off campus locations, in the field, and other campuses in North America and other parts of the world
Your focus is technical training, the role can include training for other audiences (e.g. clinical, project managers, implementation teams)

Qualification

Technical training experienceMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft WordGraphics creation (Visio)Bachelor's degree in technical field

Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Word processing
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint presentation software
Proficiency with graphics creation programs such as Visio
Bachelor's degree in electronics, informatics, computer science, biomedical engineering or similar, technical school or equivalent experience
Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred

3+ years of experience in previous technical training/formal training experience preferred
