Assist with daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance projects to uphold optimal building performance

Partner with the on-site technician and property manager to execute preventive maintenance and respond to service requests promptly

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively via email and digital platforms

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building standards

Required

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
