Start in 2026 SpringDallas Zoo is seeking a Volunteer Management Intern for Summer 2026. Interns will assist with managing over 1,000 volunteers, including recruitment, screening, and orientation, while gaining experience in the daily operations of a large-scale volunteer program.

Assist with volunteer recruitment, screening, and orientation
Help with volunteer training and motivation
Participate in volunteer recognition efforts
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student or have graduated within the last year
Able to work 20-24 hours per week for 12 weeks
Must be a U.S. National
Must pass a background check and provide a negative TB test
Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in various weather conditions
Enrolled at an accredited U.S. college/university or recently graduated
