Responsibilities

Responsible for strategy implementation by driving, leading, and coordinating the implementation of growth plans; scoping, budgeting, and scheduling initiatives

Manage the planning and management of Glovis America's business operations, focusing on strategic efficiency and asset utilization

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive long-term enterprise growth and profitability

Review and optimize revenue and cost analysis, ensuring financial efficiency and supporting cost reduction initiatives

Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define and execute the corporate strategic roadmap

Define and manage the operational planning process, working closely with business units and functional leaders

Conduct in-depth data analysis to monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and support management decisions

Manage and analyze sales and operational data to inform business decisions

Support the development of strategic business presentations for market expansion and new business initiatives

Provide insight on skills and capabilities required and contribute to short, medium and long-term business plans, adding value through strategic resourcing decisions and develop the understanding of the business into action plans and focus areas for operation

Lead a dynamic planning process with a rolling strategy that is constantly monitoring market activities and helping to adjust key priorities

Oversee coordination of special projects and price quotes other teams and presents insight to management for decision making and strategic planning

Partner with Business Development teams to expand into new channels and customer segments, including Finished Vehicle Logistics & Industrial sectors

Analyze Finished Vehicle market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance in the US market to support business goals and identify growth opportunities

Provide guidance, support, and training to employees under planning & analysis role

Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required

Perform other duties as assigned
