Program Administrative Specialist
CSAAC is a healthcare organization focused on providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Program Administrative Specialist (PAS) is responsible for supporting the implementation of service documentation policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Prepares, reviews, and tracks Person-Centered Plan (PCP) documentation for completeness and accuracy
Supports coordination of PCP meetings and follow-up documentation
Monitor required documentation, including:
Service notes
Behavioral and ABC data
Incident reports
Nursing care plans
MARs and sleep tracking logs
Conduct routine documentation reviews and audits. Identify missing, inconsistent, or late documentation and follow up with program staff
Maintain tracking logs and compliance dashboards
Assist with staff training on documentation standards and system use
Collaborate with Program Directors and QA staff to resolve documentation issues
Support preparation of reports for management and leadership review
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Minimum three to five years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or developmental disabilities services
Hands-on experience with service documentation, audits, or compliance monitoring
Familiarity with Person-Centered Planning processes and service authorization documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working knowledge of DDA and COMAR documentation requirements
Ability to follow established documentation workflows and escalate issues appropriately
Proficiency with electronic health record systems (training in CIMS provided as needed)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field preferred
