Quickly engage with multiple team members to expedite becoming part of the Aimpoint community
Mix it up with instructor-led sessions, mock projects, peer feedback, joining client-facing calls, and building a foundation to be a successful consultant

Decision Scientists at Aimpoint Digital leverage cutting-edge techniques, from optimization to machine learning, to ensure that our clients are driving value through advanced analytics for years to come
Data Engineers at Aimpoint Digital develop and streamline the analytical infrastructure & data architecture that enables data analysts and data scientists to quickly create and deploy analytics at scale in the cloud
Analytics Consultants at Aimpoint Digital help drive value through the automation of analysis, blending data sources, and action-driving visualizations
Qualification
Required
New graduates from master's and PhD programs (STEM-related field) preferred; Exceptional Bachelors candidates with Comp Sci degrees will be considered
Excellent problem-solving skills
Desire to work with modern technology in a fast-paced environment
