Responsibilities
Lead efforts regarding integrations/product implementations/redesigns with global impact
Administer and manage different GitHub platforms and associated products
Assist in migrating data from GitHub on-prem to GitHub Enterprise
Identify and spearhead improvements in product/system/process
Document and provide training and support to other site administrators and end users
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and recommend tuning of CI/CD pipelines
Proactively monitor support tickets and collaborate with customers for efficient resolution
Simplify complex ideas and convey them clearly in both oral and written communication
Gather customer needs and design and develop tools to meet them
Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum of 5 years' experience with GitHub platform
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java/SpringBoot, or Python for process automation
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline including Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Experience in administering GitHub platforms and associated products like CoPilot and Actions
Proficiency in maintaining complex applications in Linux environments (VMs or containers/Kubernetes)
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or Spanner
Understanding of OAuth2 and OpenID authentication protocols
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, OpenShift, or similar
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GitHub cloud products and their integrations
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML bot and security, MCP server
Knowledge of other CI/CD tools like Tekton, FOSSA, etc
Understanding and working experience in Azure Active Directory API
Agile mindset with experience in participating and leading agile ceremonies
