Responsibilities

Perform duties across various mortgage operations areas, including loan processing, underwriting support, closing and post-closing

Review and verify loan documentation for completeness and accuracy

Assist with data entry, loan file preparation and document imaging

Communicate with loan officers, loan officer assistants, title companies and other stakeholders to resolve issues and obtain required information

Step into various mortgage operation roles, including loan processing or loan closing as needed to maintain service levels and meet closing timelines

Support compliance and quality control processes by adhering to company policies and industry regulations

Provide administrative assistance, reporting, and special project support as assigned

Perform other related duties as assigned
