Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage server environments, including Windows, Linux, VMware, Solaris, and Active Directory systems
Provide advanced network support, including troubleshooting, upgrades, performance tuning, and monitoring for internal operations and external customer applications
Collaborate with the security team to develop, enforce, and audit security policies and programs
Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational infrastructure
Plan and execute projects related to the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of network and security tools
Monitor server performance and conduct diagnostics to ensure optimal operation of infrastructure
Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and system activities
Configure and debug physical network components, including cable issues, using advanced analysis tools
Mentor and train team members on network and systems-related topics to enhance technical knowledge
Coordinate efforts globally to protect company and client information assets, ensuring compliance with security standards
Qualification
Required
Design, implement, and manage server environments, including Windows, Linux, VMware, Solaris, and Active Directory systems
Provide advanced network support, including troubleshooting, upgrades, performance tuning, and monitoring for internal operations and external customer applications

Proficient in Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows 10
Hands-on experience with Dell server hardware, Dell storage solutions, and VMware platforms
Strong knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and Fibre Channel technologies
Skilled in backup solutions such as Avamar, Veeam, and DataDomain
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools, including EC2, S3, and Terraform
Expertise in security technologies such as Fortinet and Checkpoint Firewalls
Experience with automation platforms like Ansible and Terraform
Solid understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and VPN configurations
