Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines, dashboards (Looker), and reporting assets that support operational reporting for SFS

Lead strategic analytical projects that provide critical insights or promote operational change to serve small businesses nationally

Provide comprehensive daily analytics support to Operational teams, deliver resources to empower data access and self-service so your expertise can be used where it is most impactful

Perform ad-hoc analyses of operational performance trends to inform executive decisions

Communicate data insights and recommendations to partners and executives in verbal, visual, and written media

Partner with Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering to translate Banking requirements into clear data deliverables

Required

At least 5 years of data analysis/business intelligence experience

BA/BS (statistics, business, data management, or related field preferred)

Expertise in SQL and large-scale data sets

Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Develop, deploy, maintain, and optimize data models, pipelines, ETL jobs and visualizations

Excellent multitasking skills and task management strategies

Preferred

Prior fintech or lending experience is a plus
