Responsibilities

Support clients onsite and remotely across the DFW region
Provide remote support and travel onsite to client locations in DFW

Qualification

Windows 10/11 supportNetworking knowledgeMicrosoft 365 environmentsCustomer communicationEager to learn

Required

Basic Windows 10/11 support experience
Foundational networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN troubleshooting)
Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments (Azure AD basics, Teams, OneDrive; Intune a plus)
Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
Drive and ambition to grow into Level 2 responsibilities
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Ability to provide remote support and travel onsite to client locations in DFW
Professional, self-driven, and eager to learn

Real-world experience and certifications are valued and preferred
