Inside Sales Representative- Part Time- Night Shift

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions across phone, chat, and digital platforms (including RingCentral and Salesforce)
Engage prospects with warmth, empathy, and authority to understand their goals and challenges
Convert these conversations into scheduled, in-person Hair Health Consultations, articulating the value of meeting with a Certified Hair Loss Specialist
Partner closely with Certified Hair Loss Specialists in assigned regions to ensure a seamless, “warm handoff” from the call center to the in-person consultation
Proactively follow up with prospects to confirm appointments, reinforce value, and sustain excitement leading up to their visit
Reconnect with clients who have paused or abandoned the scheduling process to re-engage them with empathy and renewed motivation
Monitor and follow up with all prospects who schedule online, call in, or submit interest forms
Ensure no opportunity goes unaddressed by maintaining continuous outreach and communication until a successful appointment is completed
Maintain precise and timely documentation of all prospect interactions, outcomes, and notes in Salesforce
Uphold brand presentation and workspace standards, ensuring consistency with HairClub’s image of excellence
Participate in ongoing training to refine tone, communication, and conversion techniques
Deliver a white-glove, luxury-level experience in every conversation—professional, confident, and human
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HairClub’s premium services, treatments, and personalized solutions
Partner with Certified Hair Loss Specialists by region to ensure alignment between scheduled appointments and local center readiness
Manage multiple communication channels (phone, chat, SMS, and email) with speed and consistency
Execute proactive outbound campaigns to re-engage leads, recover abandoned bookings, and drive new consultations
Maintain confidentiality of client information and demonstrate discretion in all communications
Achieve or exceed established appointment and attendance goals. Each agent is accountable for producing a minimum of 50 in-person shows bi-weekly
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying client feedback trends and recommending enhancements to the prospect journey

Required

Must be available for evenings and weekends (initial shift hours: Monday- Friday 6:00pm - 10:00pm and Saturdays 6:00pm - 8:00pm (3-4 days per week). Sundays closed)
Minimum 3+ years of luxury brand, consultative sales, or high-end service experience (call center or hospitality)
Proven success in high-touch client engagement and relationship development
Outstanding verbal communication, emotional intelligence, and follow-through
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform under time constraints
Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by performance excellence

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and RingCentral preferred
