The Associate Broker will support client relationships and internal teams by ensuring the accurate handling of insurance policies and service requests, while also aiming to grow into a full-time broker role.

Responsibilities

Support daily insurance workflow, including policy processing, documentation, and client communications

Assist brokers and underwriters with preparing, reviewing, and maintaining insurance policies and endorsements

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

Serve as a point of contact for brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders for routine inquiries

Shadow and learn from experienced team members to develop industry expertise

Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions, including work completed by offshore support

Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency

Contribute to a positive team culture through engagement in company events and team activities

College Degree required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Interest in professional growth and progression toward a full broker role
