Responsibilities
Oversee implementation, maintenance, and auditing of configuration management and bill of materials across multiple systems to ensure data integrity
Utilize critical thinking skills to convert requirements from design, engineering, product support, and manufacturing into effective supporting tools and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve data and application issues reported by customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Ensure delivery of accurate and reliable data products by thoroughly reviewing both personal work and the work of others
Work with cross-functional teams to create and maintain analytic workflows and data visualizations that support business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent degree
Associate's Degree (Electrical or Mechanical Design is desired) and 2 years of Trane Commercial Product experience is preferred
Must be able to function in a technical engineering team environment
Ability to work both individually and in cross-functional teams
High attention-to-detail and solid communication skills
Self-motivated and tenacious
Excellent computer skills
Willing to learn and ask questions
Ability to travel – Expected travel - 10%
Preferred
AutoCAD experience
Basic understanding of product definition and configuration concepts
