Responsibilities
Overseeing and directing the execution of the Behavioral Health Program
Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of therapeutic programs that meet the needs of each resident in accordance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that key performance indicators are met
Provide ongoing monitoring of service quality
Coordinate with other departments for effective program delivery
Facilitate Behavioral Team meetings
Supervise staff
Ensure the accurate documentation of residents’ progress in the program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
3+ years of direct experience working with the mentally ill, preferably severely mentally disordered patients
2+ years of experience in program supervision and staff management
Experience with treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Experience in a healthcare settings or behavioral health programs
Preferred
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems
