ECLARO is seeking a Paralegal for their client in New York, NY, who aims to enhance public services and promote sustainable resource management. The Paralegal will support the Climate Division with research, data-related projects, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analyze data; to support the Climate Division in its projects and day to day functions
The Paralegal/Legal assistant will help with data related projects including sourcing data, helping with cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data
Additionally, the Paralegal must also support the division's leadership by handling administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the Climate Division's projects run smoothly
As part of this responsibility, the Paralegal must manage schedules, track progress, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
This includes creating and updating project timelines, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars

Qualification

Paralegal CertificateExcel proficiencyProject ManagementMicrosoft SuiteData analysis

Required

Paralegal Certificate
Two years of experience in Project Management
One year of experience with Excel skills: including the use of formulas, advanced filtering, sorting, pivot tables, presenting data via charts, and conditional formatting
