Responsibilities
Plan and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives within the assigned territory (NJ)
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities, lead negotiations with potential wholesale partners, and assess the performance of existing partnerships
Explore and target new markets and regions to expand wholesale operations
Cultivate effective relationships with key decision-makers
Contribute to the development of merchandising strategies and account-specific marketing initiatives
Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows, as well as company-sponsored functions
Perform pricing and cost analysis to support business decisions
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience, outside sales experience required
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Passionate about building and nurturing strong relationships
Exceptional communicator with the ability to negotiate effectively across various levels
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as needed
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout New Jersey
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Demonstrates integrity, inspires trust, and fosters a respectful work environment
Committed to delivering best-in-class service at all times
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, equivalent experience may be considered
1+ years of sales experience in New Jersey cannabis market preferred
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is preferred
