Responsibilities

Designing and developing data models and visualizations

Collaborating closely with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and provide actionable insights

Ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous analysis and validation processes

Conducting ad-hoc analysis and providing ongoing support for specific project work

Leading work groups and committees to facilitate collaboration and drive strategic initiatives

Evaluating, writing, and presenting operational data and reporting, providing recommendations based on relevant findings

Providing project management support as needed to ensure successful implementation of data-driven initiatives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a relevant healthcare field

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and possessing advanced Excel skills

Expertise in healthcare electronic medical record data

2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, and in developing key metrics, performance indicators (KPIs) and advanced reporting to support decision-making

Experience with ELT tools and processes to manage and streamline the movement of data across systems, and knowledge of data warehousing concepts

Ability to perform and present complex research and analyses for different stakeholders and decision-makers

Preferred

Statistical analysis and predictive modeling experience a plus
