Administrative and Billing Assistant
RLGC Law Group, PLLC is a growing estate planning, trusts and estates & elder law firm seeking an experienced Admin & Billing Assistant to join their team. The role involves processing invoices, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and handling administrative duties such as scheduling and document management.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Process invoices, credits, and adjustments in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Resolve billing issues and discrepancies with customers and vendors
Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status
Prepare and distribute monthly billing reports
Maintain accurate records and files of all billing transactions
Assist with other accounting and finance related tasks as needed
Scheduling, communication, and document handling, requiring strong organizational, detail-oriented, and technical skills
Handle client intake and general office duties (phones, mail, supplies)
Maintain organized case files and client records
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in billing and/or accounts receivable/payable
Proficient in Juris and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Some college coursework in accounting or finance
