The San Antonio office is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a multi-discipline design team, responsible for electrical systems design, project management, and business development.

Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for the total electrical systems design for specific projects
Make calculations integral to the electrical systems design
Be familiar with and apply applicable building codes and standards
Deal directly with clients/owners to determine specific project needs
As Project Manager, manage, direct, and supervise project to assure project confirms to the commitments related to time, quality, and communications
Deal directly with client to establish project schedules and expectations
Assist market segment manager and team leader in manpower projections and scheduling of work
Manage, direct, and supervise electrical engineering staff in the execution of specific projects to meet schedules and timely completion of projects
Schedule and lead electrical production staff meetings
Supplement ICT design standards and administrative procedures where needed
Learn ICT’s client base and the services provided
Provide marketing support for project pursuits
Capable of increasing technical competency with experience and work ethic
Ability to effectively communicate with architects, owners, and contractors
Ability to work well independently and as part of a strong team
Excellent organization and time management skills

Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in electrical engineering and 5 or more years of applicable experience in design/engineering of building electrical power systems
Must have Project Management experience
Knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies
Knowledge of project approach and system design
Ability to effectively communicate with architects, owners, and contractors
Ability to work well independently and as part of a strong team
Excellent organization and time management skills
Preferred
Texas PE certification preferred, not required
Design of Commercial and/or Healthcare Building experience is preferred
Experience with healthcare facility design projects a plus
Experience using and understanding of REVIT designing platforms
