Territory Manager - Asheville & Greenville

As a Territory Manager, you will collaborate with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to drive business growth and build relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective delivery of insulin pump therapy in your community.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans
Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.) to create value
Leverage advanced sales methodologies—including the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management—along with strong communication and collaboration skills to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth
Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators
Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach
Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences
Ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care
Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver's license, insurance, and good driving record required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
