Digital Marketing Project Manager

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to own delivery across complex client accounts, ensuring high quality work is completed on time and within scope while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Own end to end project management for multiple client accounts across paid media, creative, email, and other initiatives
Translate strategic plans into clear scopes, timelines, and task plans inside ClickUp
Build and maintain project plans, dependencies, and milestones
Ensure work ships on time, meets quality standards, and aligns with client goals
Identify risks early and proactively adjust timelines or resourcing
Act as the central point of coordination between media buyers, designers, and operations
Run internal huddles, weekly status check ins, and delivery reviews
Ensure teams have clear briefs, requirements, and deadlines
Keep work moving during high intensity periods such as Q4, launches, or creative refreshes
Support Client Success Managers by keeping execution tight and predictable
Communicate clearly and proactively when timelines shift or priorities change
Document decisions, action items, and next steps in ClickUp
Reduce chaos by creating clarity and structure across all projects
Maintain clean, accurate ClickUp boards, tasks, statuses, and documentation
Standardize workflows and improve project management processes over time
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks, even when priorities shift quickly
Help enforce best practices for async communication and remote collaboration
Qualification
Required
4 plus years experience in project management or agency operations
Hands on experience managing projects across paid media, creative, and marketing teams
Advanced proficiency with ClickUp as a project management system
Comfortable working with distributed, remote teams
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing workflows, even if you are not executing ads yourself
Strong project management instincts. You understand how to break complex initiatives into executable steps and manage dependencies across teams
Operational clarity. You bring structure to messy situations and keep teams focused on what matters most
Clear communication. You write and speak in a way that reduces confusion and builds trust
Ownership mindset. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Calm under pressure. You can manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail
Preferred
Experience working in an agency environment strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Proven experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Track record of delivering complex work on time and on scope
Comfortable working asynchronously and documenting work clearly
