Oversee and maintain the quality management system, ensuring all products meet required standards and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement quality control policies
Conduct inspections and audits
Analyze and resolve quality-related issues
Collaborate with production teams to enhance overall quality standards
Lead a team, provide training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and product quality
Qualification
Required
Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience with quality control processes, inspection techniques, and managing audits
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop team members
Proficiency in data analysis and quality-related metrics evaluation
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and processes, particularly pipe bending or metalworking
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a relevant field
Certification in quality assurance, such as CQE or Six Sigma
