Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Quality Review Syndications Power App Developer to enhance workflow and operational efficiency
Improve Loan Closing Syndications Quality Review workflow through systems analysis
Support Power Apps design and testing
Direct project releases
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Compile data for reports and dashboards using Power BI
Prepare documentation and visualizations for stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy
Coordinate with internal and external resources to implement solutions effectively

Qualification

Power Apps developmentSyndications experienceData analysisPower BIEffective communicationProject managementPresentation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically three or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred

Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong presentation skills
