Human Resources Project Technician
Dysart Unified School District is seeking a Human Resources Project Technician who will support the flow of HR information and ensure accurate data entry into HRIS systems. The role involves managing personnel records, assisting in HR projects, and providing HR-related information to employees.

Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and maintain a variety of personnel records, documents, and files in HR systems such as Visions and Laserfiche
Manage all aspects of approved social media and district website from Human Resources
Enter and update data in HR databases; compile information and generate related reports, correspondence, and materials
Scan and process new employee files into the Laserfiche database
Create and process Supplemental Assignments and PARs in Visions; monitor’s approval queues to ensure timely approvals
Conducts HR-related reconciliations and audits as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Ensure timely and accurate data entry of Supplemental PARs to meet payroll deadlines; report assignments to the Governing Board
Research and resolve HR-related issues in coordination with Payroll
Assist employees and departments with PARs processes and general HR questions
Participate in the development, testing, and improvement of automated HR systems and processes
Assist in the coordination, communication, and follow-through of Human Resource projects
Respond to employee and public inquiries regarding Human Resource programs via phone, email, and in person
Maintain knowledge of MOUs, grant requirements, and the USFR Chart of Accounts
Provide back-up support to other HR staff as needed
Maintain positive working relationships with students, employees, community members, and vendors
Performs other job related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D
Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC)
Competent in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and typing
Communication Skills
Ability to read and interpret general documents such as employee handbooks and safety/training manuals
Ability to write general correspondence and speak effectively with others
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Reasoning Ability
Ability to interpret an assortment of instructions furnished in variable forms
Ability to apply reason to research and solve moderately complex issues with little or no assistance
