ISP Onboarding Coordinator

The ISP Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for working directly with Independent Service Providers to execute the onboarding workflow for qualified drivers and assist with compliance verification and onboarding experience across all departments.

Responsibilities

Initiate and monitor the completion of all ISP employment background checks and drug screens

Initiate and monitor onboarding progress of drivers and helpers tied to new ISPs

Validate compliance with state and federal filings through Secretary of State and FMCSA

Collect credentials and business documents for new hire ISPs

Identify resolution to issues and take actions as-well able to work in a fast-paced environment

Complete weekly updates to notify field of progress in high need markets

Assist onboarding coordinators with drivers and helpers in peak season

Maintain up to date knowledge of client requirements for hires

Document new hires daily on FFM class list

Communicate consistently with recruiters and the field to ensure needs are being met
