This internship provides a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in mechanical and manufacturing engineering, working closely with seasoned engineers on real-world projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates
Design and execute engineering experiments to create workable solutions
Develop engineering calculations, diagrams and technical reports
Complete required technical and regulatory documents

Qualification

Required

Enrollment in a mechanical or mechanical engineering degree producing program
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations
Basic skills in critical software applications, such as ERP, Solidworks and ASME Y14.5 Drawing Standards
Proficiency in creating parts, such as, stamping, machining, molding, 3D printing and casting
Knowledge in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving and design thinking
Up-to-date knowledge and technical skills required to design and operate our core products and services

Preferred

Sophomore level preferred but we will make exceptions for the right individual
