Responsibilities

Support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space for customers

Review sales goals, stay up to date on trends and promotions, and engage customers confidently

Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and assist them in all aspects of total store fulfillment

Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders

Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need before thanking them
