Business Development
Falcon Construction is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for their commercial construction division. This fully remote role focuses on developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts to position Falcon for repeat and negotiated work in core commercial markets.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in commercial construction
Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, brokers, property managers, and key decision-makers
Generate qualified leads for negotiated and repeat work
Support strategic growth initiatives in existing and new markets
Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to support proposals and presentations
Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and interview presentations
Participate in client meetings, interviews, and project pursuits
Track market activity, competitor trends, and client needs
Maintain a strong understanding of Falcon’s service offerings and project capabilities
Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities and pipeline forecasting
Maintain CRM records and track outreach activity
Support long-term client relationships post-award to encourage repeat business
Represent Falcon at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably within commercial construction
Proven ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
Preferred
Strong existing network within the commercial construction or CRE community preferred
Experience with CRM systems a plus
