Responsibilities

Lead and oversee complex power utility projects from proposal through completion
Review technical RFPs, develop proposals and cost estimates for engineering analysis, power system studies, and detailed design
Initiate projects by preparing comprehensive scope documents, budgets, and schedules
Work closely with the project team to define requirements that meet client expectations
Manage project implementation, directing teams and subcontractors to ensure deliverables align with scope and objectives
Perform technical reviews for accuracy
Coordinate design and construction activities, resolve technical issues, and facilitate information flow among stakeholders
Lead large meetings, drive consensus, and ensure timely completion of action items to keep projects on track

Required

Bachelors Degree in Engineering
8-10 years of project management experience
